Vegetables Low in Carbohydrates

Eating foods lower in carbohydrates and high in fiber helps to support balanced blood sugar levels. We categorize low carbohydrate vegetables as those that contain less than 9 grams of total carbohydrates per 100 grams. We have not adjusted for fiber content (ie. net carbs), so some vegetables that are high in fiber and higher than 9 grams of carbohydrate may still meet your needs but would not be included on this page.
