Blended Green Tea: Parsnip, Golden Hojicha, Brown Rice, Arare, Sencha, Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat, Sorhum, Viola, Thyme, Salt.

Parsnips and Jersualem Artichokes (Sunchokes) provide pre-biotic fiber, which acts as food for the microbes in the digestive tract.

Golden Hojicha is a high-grade Japanese green tea, produced by roasting sencha leaves in a porcelain pot over charcoal, resulting in a tea with an enticing deep smoky aroma and round, mild flavor.

Green tea contains a polyphenol known as EGCG which when consumed regularly may reduce inflammation in the digestive tract.

Tartary buckwheat is a flower (not a grain, so does not contain gluten) that is used as a cover crop to help improve the quality of the soil. Tartary buckwheat is nutrient-dense and is packed with 100+ different phytonutrients, including those that help improve the immune response (and 70% of the immune system is located in the gut), and may reduce cellular aging.

Tea (Camellia sinensis) has a number of potential benefits to the brain, most likely due in part to theanine (found in tea and some mushrooms) increasing serotonin, dopamine, and GABA in the brain. 

Brew 1 Tbsp of tea per Cup (8 fl oz.) of water at 200ºf for 2 minutes and strain
