French Beans and Specialty Tomatoes

Serves 4



  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Pound French Beans
  • 1/2 Cup Sliced Baby Specialty Tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 Tsp White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/2 Tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper



  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat
  • Add the French Beans to pan; cook 6 minutes or until vegetables are tender
  • Add cherry tomatoes and vinegar to pan; toss well to coat
  • Sprinkle vegetable mixture evenly with salt and pepper
