Our talented team brainstormed the idea of signature marmalades as part of a process to reduce food waste—with a result that’s deliciously creative. In collaboration with Prospect Jam Company, an artisan marmalade company in Ohio we've created a collection marmalades, jams and jellies that contain ingredients that are regeneratively farmed with love at The Chef’s Garden for the maximum in flavor and nutrition.

Carrot Cake Marmalade

Our Carrot Cake Marmalade offers up a delightful tasting experience with flavor notes of carrot cake. Picture warm baking spices with a hint of citrus. 

Beet Marmalade

Beet Marmalade made with Heirloom beets with winey, red verjus (produced from pressing unripe grapes) and tart cranberry. 

Mr. Bob’s Yellow Field Tomato Marmalade

We would only put Mr. Bob’s name on a product that was the absolute best—and that’s exactly how we’d describe this tomato marmalade. You can savor the flavor of sweet yellow tomatoes along with preserved lemon with bay and white balsamic. 

Pepper Marmalade 

Our Pepper Marmalade is deliciously simple, featuring a colorful confetti of sweet peppers that also makes this one a visual treat. Enjoy the marvelous flavor of sweet peppers captured in a jar.

Ideal for yeast and sourdough breads, quick breads, pancakes, cookies, and pasta, Black Emmer is the direct ancestor of durum wheat. Renan wheat offers a delightful combination of buttery and nutty flavors, making it a versatile choice for a variety of culinary creations. With its low protein content, Renan wheat is particularly well-suited for breads, especially French-style loaves, as well as cookies, and scones. Developed in France during the early 1980s, Renan wheat represents the modern face of our available wheat varieties. It is a hard red wheat variety that has gained popularity, constituting approximately 30% of all French organic wheat production.

Enjoy the malty and sweet flavor profile of Spelt, an ancient grain with a history dating back approximately 7,000 years. With about 10% protein content, Spelt serves as an excellent substitute for all-purpose flour and is ideal for yeast and sourdough breads, muffins, biscuits, scones, and cookies. Originating from the Black Sea region, Spelt has been a popular choice from the Bronze Age to medieval times.

The Chef’s Garden has collaborated with Wake Robin Foods to bring you this classically delicious treat using our regenerative farmed vegetables and Wake Robin’s proprietary fermentation recipe.

This authentic, traditional sauerkraut is made with regeneratively farmed cabbage and sea salt. It's really that simple! Use it in your favorite recipe or straight out of the jar - it offers a delectable flavor and crunch.
