Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a pan on medium heat and warm up a package of Root Vegetable Slices.
As the Root Vegetable Slices are heating up add a generous amount of Carolina style barbecue sauce or your favorite kind of barbecue sauce and a tablespoon of hydrated mustard seeds to the Root Vegetables Slices and mix.
Once heated through, evenly divide the Root Vegetable Slices four ways. Add the Root Vegetable Slices to your bread.
- Add the cheese on top. If you’d like to melt your cheese over the Root Vegetable Slices you can put one half of the sandwiches in the air fryer for a few minutes.
Then, tear a few spinach leaves and add them on top of your sandwiches.
Top your sandwiches off with a little bit more barbecue sauce and mustard seeds if you’d like and enjoy!
