Sweet Sesame and Chili Glazed Kalettes

  • 1 pk kalettes
  • 2 tbsp sesame seed oil
  • 1 tbsp Gochujang
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Place the kalettes, red pepper flakes, sesame oil and soy in a large bowl and toss to coat.
  • Spread out the kalettes in a single layer on 1-2 oven trays lined with parchment paper for 10-12 minutes, or until crisp.
  • Toast sesame seeds in a dry pan on medium heat, stirring occasionally for 3-5 minutes
  • Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and sea salt
  • Serve Immediately
