Served in a Coupe Glass
- 2 oz Gin or Vodka
- 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
- 1/2 Kallete Brine
For the Kalette Brine:
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 cup water
- 2 -3 pieces of kallette
- Add ingredients and mix.
- Stir with ice or served at room temp.
Extra talking points on this drink:
- Add pink peppercorns to the drink to add another element of taste.
- Add Citrus to the brine. I made another version of this with half of an orange.
