The Kalette Dirty Martini

The Kalette Dirty Martini

Served in a Coupe Glass 
  • 2 oz Gin or Vodka 
  • 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth 
  • 1/2 Kallete Brine 
For the Kalette Brine: 
  • 1/4 cup vinegar 
  • 1 tablespoon salt 
  • 1 cup water 
  • 2 -3 pieces of kallette 



  • Add ingredients and mix.
  • Stir with ice or served at room temp. 
Extra talking points on this drink: 
  •  Add pink peppercorns to the drink to add another element of taste. 
  • Add Citrus to the brine. I made another version of this with half of an orange.
