A special thanksgiving herb blend that is perfect for your favorite dish. This is a blend of fennel, parsley, sage, tarragon, and thyme.

- Remove thawed turkey from the refrigerator 1 hour before roasting.
- Combine Thanksgiving Herb Blend with 1 stick of butter in a food processor.
- Season with salt and pepper as desired.
- Preheat oven according to your turkey's directions.
- Separate the skin from the meat of the turkey by sliding your hand between the two and gently make room for the seasoned butter mixture.
- With your hand, spread the seasoned butter mixture between the turkey skin and meat as evenly as possible.
- Add any other vegetables, stuffing or stock to your turkey and bake as directed.
