Thanksgiving Herb Blend

A special thanksgiving herb blend that is perfect for your favorite dish. This is a blend of fennel, parsley, sage, tarragon, and thyme.

Roasted Turkey

1. Remove thawed turkey from the refrigerator 1 hour before roasting.
2. Combine Thanksgiving Herb Blend with 1 stick of butter in a food processor.
3. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
4. Preheat oven according to your turkey's directions.
5. Separate the skin from the meat of the turkey by sliding your hand between the two and gently make room for the seasoned butter mixture.
6. With your hand, spread the seasoned butter mixture between the turkey skin and meat as evenly as possible.
7. Add any other vegetables, stuffing or stock to your turkey and bake as directed.
