Enjoy a seasonal vegetable, harvested at the peak of flavor. Each month we will ship to you the freshest, most delicious and nutritious vegetable we are harvesting. And to make your monthly box even more inspiring, we will include a unique, chef inspired item to compliment your monthly vegetable.

Root Spinach & Tropical Spinach

One of our signature crops is fresh spinach -- and we offer multiple varieties. Our delicious root spinach tastes mild, fresh, green and buttery, with natural sugar content off the charts! Brix readings are literally as high as an apple. Our spinach starts off sweet tasting, then finishes with nutty-buttery flavor.

We’ve also added a chef-inspired Tropical Spinach to enhance the flavors of your beans. Tropical Spinach has a mildly bitter fresh spinach taste with an earthy progression. The texture is succulent, creamy and crunchy.
