Roasted Jalapeño Cocktail


Green peppers (optional)
4 oz. pineapple juice
Handful of petite cilantro
½ cup lime juice
1 tbsp. honey
2 oz. spirit of choice (recommended tequila or vodka)

    Roast jalapeños.

    Optional to add more green peppers (e.g., poblanos) for heat.



    Add 4 oz pineapple juice to shaker with handful of petite cilantro, ½ cup fresh lime juice, 1 tbsp of honey, 2 oz of spirit of choice.

    Shake with ice.



    In a glass, add petite cilantro to bottom of glass, then add ice.

    Strain cocktail over ice.

    Garnish with half of a roasted jalapeño.
