Roasted Jalapeño Cocktail

Ingredients:
- Jalapeños
- Green peppers (optional)
- 4 oz. pineapple juice
- Handful of petite cilantro
- ½ cup lime juice
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 2 oz. spirit of choice (recommended tequila or vodka)
Directions:
- Roast jalapeños.
- Optional to add more green peppers (e.g., poblanos) for heat.
- Add 4 oz pineapple juice to shaker with handful of petite cilantro, ½ cup fresh lime juice, 1 tbsp of honey, 2 oz of spirit of choice.
- Shake with ice.
- In a glass, add petite cilantro to bottom of glass, then add ice.
- Strain cocktail over ice.
- Garnish with half of a roasted jalapeño.
