Let us share in your love of fresh, regeneratively grown plant-forward dining this Valentine’s Day.

For Valentine’s Day, we are excited to provide you with an at-home exploration of the senses with a chef-led four-course meal. This dinner event is designed to be an experience celebrating simple flavors and plant-forward dining. 

By the end of this event you will have created a beautiful four-course meal to share with your special someone.

You’ll receive a box of premium ingredients and instructional videos in order to prepare your meal. Then finish the dishes alongside Chef Jamie Simpson during our Live Event on Saturday, February 12th.

Your dinner for two will include produce from the farm to create these recipes:

  • Spinach Salad with Warm Beet Vinaigrette and Shaved Watermelon Radishes
  • Jerusalem Artichoke Bisque with Micro Sunflower
  • Vegetable Lasagna for Two
  • Molten Beet Chocolate Spoon Cake

Printed recipes with a grocery list will be provided.

    • Join Chef Jamie Simpson and Farmer Lee Live at 7 pm EST to finish each dish and for an exclusive Q&A.
  • Dinner for Two Box with Recipes Only
    • We will send you the ingredients and recipes and you can create the meal on your own!
